All personal information and invitation data are securely stored.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect user information.

Users remain the owners of their own content.

Users can optionally protect their invitation with a password directly from their dashboard.

Only people with the password can access the invitation.

This feature is optional.

The Premium license is a one-time payment.

The price is 20 EUR, or equivalent in other currencies.

Premium allows users to create up to two active invitations.

Three months after the event date, for example the wedding date, Buharita reserves the right to remove the Premium status from the account.

This allows the license to remain linked only to active events and prevents inactive Premium accounts from remaining active indefinitely.

The user can always purchase Premium again in the future if needed.

If the user deletes an invitation from their dashboard, all related data is permanently deleted.

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Premium is purchased with a one-time payment.

There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees and no automatic renewals.

Once Premium has been activated and used, including creating or publishing an invitation, refunds are no longer possible unless required by law.

This helps prevent abuse and keeps the service fair.

Users are responsible for the content they publish.

Illegal, abusive or copyrighted content without permission is prohibited.

Buharita reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We continuously improve Buharita. Templates and features may evolve over time to provide a better experience.

Buharita strives to ensure maximum availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of maintenance or technical incidents.
