BUHARITA is a digital platform for creating, customizing, and publishing interactive digital invitations (weddings, parties, and events).

The service includes access to invitation templates, music integration, photo galleries, RSVP and guestbook features, and card generation.

The price of BUHARITA Premium Access is a one-time payment of €20 (or equivalent in local currency).

This is a one-time payment with no subscription, no hidden fees, and no automatic renewal.

The payment will appear on your bank statement under the name BUHARITA.COM.

Purchasing Premium Access grants the right to create, customize, and publish up to two (2) active digital invitations.

Premium Access is activated immediately upon payment validation by our payment processor Stripe.

By checking the agreement box at checkout, the customer expressly requests the immediate activation of the digital service.

As a digital service activated immediately at the customer's request, access is granted upon payment confirmation.

If the customer experiences technical issues or wishes to request a refund, they should contact support at info@buharita.com.

Legitimate refund requests handled via support will be reviewed in good faith without affecting mandatory statutory consumer rights.

For any question or transaction issue, customers agree to contact BUHARITA support at info@buharita.com first.

Filing an unwarranted chargeback with a bank for an authorized payment does not replace contacting BUHARITA. BUHARITA maintains audit logs to respond to bank inquiries.

Users remain solely responsible for all texts, photos, and music uploaded.

BUHARITA strives for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

These Terms of Sale are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's jurisdiction.
